Interpretation:

· Creator; means a User who has registered on Fansforest as a content Creator and has the ability to post Content, share and or sell merchandise to other Users.

· Content; means any material uploaded to Fansforest by Users (Creators) including photos, videos, audio (for example music and other sounds), material, data, text (such as comments and hashtags), metadata, images, interactive features, emojis, GIFs, memes, digital and physical products, and or any other material whatsoever.

· Fan; means a User who can follows, tip, and or subscribe to a Creator and is able to view the Creator's Content.

· Fan Payment; means any and all payments made by a Fan to a Creator, including payments for access to a Creator's Content, for interaction with the Creator, to procure new Content from the Creator, to purchase merchandise from creator, to subscribe to the Creator's account, to use the fan interaction function on the Creator's account, and any tips made by a Fan to the Creator.

Account creation / Registration:

In order to join and use the platform; (Fansforest), you must be at least 18 years of age.

Access and registration to the Website is free. You may register for an account on Fansforest, provided you meet the requirements set forth below and otherwise abide by these User Terms, when creating an account on our Site, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information which includes your valid email, date of birth and gender, username, country of origin, and ( a valid copy of your government-issued identification document if you are registering as a creator). You also agree not to create an account using a false identity or providing false information or if you have previously been removed or banned from our Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur on or in connection with your account and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for any damages, losses, costs, expenses, or liabilities related to any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You may use the services only if you can form a binding contract in accordance with the platform ( Fansforest ) Terms of use. If you are accepting these Terms and using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, government, or other legal entity, then you attest that you are authorized to represent such company, organization, government or other legal entity. Account Types:

· Fans: To register and create an account on Fansforest as a Fan, you must provide a valid email address, a username, and a password, or authenticate using a valid social media account. If you desire to purchase content or items on Fansforest, you will need to add a valid payment method. Fansforest does not store any payment information.

· Creators: To register and create an account on Fansforest as a Creator, and in order to offer paid content, or sell items on Fansforest, you must meet all the requirements of a Creator by submitting the necessary required documentation, including (a valid copy of your government-issued identification document) when registering, or in your account settings. If you desire to sell content, or items on Fansforest as a creator, you will also need to add any of our approved payment method, and submit additional legal information, (the exact information required will depend on your country). Your earnings will be paid into your designated payment method via our payout processors. If any user fails to provide the required information, and or if we reasonably believe that the user has provided false information, or if the user fails to agree to these User Terms, we may terminate the user’s account. Acceptance of registration is subject to our sole discretion. 

• Your Account; You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account via your email and other security access that you will set up at time of registration. You will be responsible for safeguarding the account details that you use to access the platform (Fansforest), and for all activities or actions emanating from your account, whether authorized by you or not. If your username and/or account login details has been compromised or if you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account by a third party, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately and change your password as soon as possible. Fansforest will not be liable for any loss or damage due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality and security of your account.

The right we grant you:

Subject to all of the terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions contained in these Terms, we grant to you a conditional, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive and limited license to use our website (Fansforest) for your own lawful and personal use only. You acknowledge and agree that the foregoing license may be revoked and terminated by us at any time and for any reason (including, without limitation, if you violate the platform Terms or any applicable law). Your grant of right to us:

We may permit you to submit materials for publication on Fansforest. You represent and warrant that you own, have a valid license to, or otherwise control all rights in your User Content. You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. However, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, nonexclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content for the Company’s business (and the business of our successors), for the purpose of operating Fansforest and fulfilling the intent of these Terms. You hereby consent to (i) being depicted in any User Content you post on Fansforest, and (ii) allowing us to publicly distribute any User Content you post on Fansforest. You also grant each of our Users a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to access such content with the facilitation of Fansforest, subject to any limitations related to any purchases of, or subscriptions to such content. We agree not to reproduce any of your content that is behind a paywall. Except for personally identifiable information covered under our Privacy Policy, User Content is not considered confidential, and may be displayed on Fansforest in accordance with these Terms. We have no obligation regarding your User Content. However, we agree that any use or publication of your content will be consistent with these Terms. You warrant that you maintain written releases from any person depicted in your User Content confirming that such person consented to the recording and publication of such content on Fansforest, and that your User Content does not violate any rights of any third parties. You will provide copies of any necessary releases, licenses, or ownership documents to us at our request. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting your User Content to Fansforest.

Our Disclaimer:

We do not warrant that Fansforest is compatible with all devices and operating systems. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether or not Fansforest is compatible with your device. From time to time we may make updates to Fansforest and will make such updates available through Fansforest. We also retain the right to withdraw or amend our Website (Fansforest) and any service or material provided at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire website, to users, including registered users. We make no claims that the Website or its Materials are accessible or appropriate where you live, we also reserve the right at any time and without notice to:

·       monitor your use of Fansforest (including any content or message you post or broadcast on Fansforest);

·       investigate any suspected or alleged misuse or unlawful use of Fansforest and cooperate with law enforcement in case of investigation;

·       disclose information about your use of Fansforest in connection with law enforcement investigation of any suspected or alleged illegal activity, or in response to a lawful subpoena or court order;

·       change the payment or payout processor that enables you to make or receive payments on the platform;

User Content:

You may access User Content for your information and personal use solely as intended through the provided functionality of Fansforest and as permitted under these Terms. You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any user Content for any other purposes without the prior written consent of the original content owner, and or the respective licensors of the Content.

Access to Free contents on Fansforest:

All users may access certain public areas of Fansforest and use the Services and Materials therein, free of charge. We grant all users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable personal license to access and use only those Materials provided on free areas of Fansforest for private, non-commercial purposes. This free license does not include a license to access or use paid contents, or the Materials therein.

Access to Paid contents on Fansforest:

As a Fan, we also grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable personal license to access Fansforest and use the Services and Materials contained therein, as limited by your level of membership and/or purchase of certain paid features and upgrades. This paid license is for private, non-commercial purposes. We reserve the right to limit the amount of Materials viewed and Services offered. Your license to access Fansforest and use the Services and Materials is not a transfer of title. You will not copy or redistribute any Materials. You agree to prevent any unauthorized access to, use of, and/or copying of user contents and/or Materials.

Account Deactivation:

If you wish to deactivate your Fansforest account, you may select this option in your account settings.

Purchases and Payments:

Purchase and Subscriptions: Fans who have added a valid payment method to their account may purchase items, and or subscribe to a Creator’s content from the Creator’s profile. Once you make a purchase, you hereby authorize Fansforest to automatically charge you through the payment method setup by the platform.

Trials:

Creators may offer trials to Fans that are not subscribed to their content. If you purchase a trial, you will receive access to that Creator’s content for the duration of the trial period. At the end of the applicable trial period, you will be charged the full price of the subscription at the beginning of each subscription period, until you cancel your subscription. To avoid any further charges, you must cancel before the end of the trial period.

Cancelling Subscriptions:

Fans who have purchased a subscription may cancel any subscription at any time by turning off the “Auto-Renew” indicator located under the relevant Creator profile. If you cancel a subscription, you understand and agree that you will not receive a refund, and you will be able to continue to access the Creator’s content until the end of the existing billing period, thereafter you will not be re-billed you shall lose access to the creator content. If you are blocked by another user to whom you have subscribed, you will immediately lose access to that user’s content, and we reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to determine whether you will be issued any refund or credit for the remaining days in your current subscription period. 

. Subscriptions Cancelled by us (Fansforest): If your payment method becomes invalid due to unauthorized payment method, or low fund, or other similar reason and we are unable to charge when needed, we may immediately revoke your access to any paid service you have ordered until you update your payment account. If you fail to update your payment method within a reasonable amount of time, we may cancel your subscription.

One time Purchases: Fans who have added a valid payment method to their account may, in some instances, purchase Creator’s content on the go, such as pay-per-view by clicking the “Purchase,” button on or near the Creator’s content. If you purchase content on the go, you hereby authorize us to automatically charge you through the authorized payment method setup.

Tipping:

You may tip creators through the platform (Fansforest), when tipping a creator, you acknowledge the following about tipping:

· Tipping is not required to use the Website.

· You tip at your option and risk.

· Creators must not solicit tips through any other means of payment other than through the Website.

· Tips are a voluntary gratuity and must be done through the platform.

· Tips are chargeable when made. We will not return a tip made from your account except in situations that we consider, in our sole discretion.

Payment Processing: We only accept payment on Fansforest via the payment methods identified on the platform (Fansforest). You must have a valid accepted form of payment to make a purchase. You authorize us to supply your payment details if necessary to a third-party payment processor to process your payment. Prices for items may change at any time, and we do not offer price protection or refunds in case of a price reduction or promotional offering. Some third parties may impose additional terms and conditions governing payment processing, you are responsible for abiding by such terms. We further disclaim any liability associated with your violation of such terms. You must comply with any relevant terms or other legal agreement that governs your use of a third-party payment processor.

Refunds:

Ordinarily, our standard policy is that purchases and/or fees associated with your account are final and non-refundable. However, we reserve the right to address any refund request and issue refunds in appropriate cases, within our sole discretion.

Virtual Wallet:

We allow Users to top up their Fansforest virtual wallet, and they can make purchases on Fansforest using their wallet.

Taxes:

If Fansforest is required to collect or pay any taxes in connection with your activities on the platform, those taxes will be charged to you. Additionally, if required by law, you are responsible for reporting and paying certain taxes in connection with your purchase and/or use of the platform service. These taxes may include duties, customs fees, value added tax, income tax, or other taxes, along with any related penalties or interest, as applicable to your purchase or country of purchase.

Billing Errors:

If you believe that Fansforest has charged you in error, you must notify us in writing no later than thirty (30) days after you receive the billing statement in which the error first appeared. If you fail to notify us in writing of a dispute within this thirty (30) day period, you waive any right to dispute the charges. You must submit any billing disputes by email to fansforest (support ) and include a detailed statement describing the nature and amount of the disputed charges.

Chargebacks:

If you make a purchase that results in a chargeback, we may immediately suspend or terminate your account.

Earnings:

Creators earn eighty-five percent (85%) of the revenue generated on all subscriptions, sales, and or tips related to their content and profile. A valid payout method must be added before payments will be issued. However, we may deduct from any monies earned on subscriptions, sales, or tips that resulted in a chargeback, or any monies earned on subscriptions, sales, or tips related to content that violates these Terms.

General Prohibited Use:

You agree that you will only use Fansforest for purposes expressly permitted and contemplated by these Terms. You may not use Fansforest for any other purposes without our express prior written consent. Without our express prior written authorization, you will not use Fansforest in any way that is violative of any applicable law, regulation, or treaty of any applicable governmental body, including but not limited to:

(a) laws prohibiting sex trafficking and promotion or facilitation of prostitution; (b) intellectual property right laws protecting patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and any other intellectual property right, including making, obtaining, distributing, or otherwise accessing illegal copies of copyrighted, trademarked, or patented content, deleting intellectual property right indications and notices, or otherwise manipulating identifiers in order to disguise the origin of content you post, share, or upload; (c) laws against obscene, lewd, defamatory, or libelous speech; and (d) laws protecting confidentiality, privacy rights, publicity rights, or data protection.

· unauthorized download of other user content unless you are permitted by the content creator/owner to do so.

· use an ad blocking software while using Fansforest.

· fail to comply with orders, judgments, or mandates from courts of competent jurisdiction.

· post, upload, or share content that is harmful, inaccurate, threatening, abusive, vulgar, violent, indecent, harassing, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, racially or ethnically offensive, likely to cause annoyance, intimidation, alarm, embarrassment, distress, discomfort, or inconvenience, otherwise objectionable, or any content that, in our’s sole discretion, is otherwise inappropriate.

· post, upload, or share content that is considered harmful, threatening, abusive or offensive by the reasonable man/person to an objective standard. “Reasonable” in this context and “man” as a legal term considers the views and morality as set by the majority of Creators or users of all genders within the community and not the reasonable bystander in the street. Usual use may incorporate items and content of which some users may find offensive or objectionable, but that is not illegal in the jurisdiction of the Creator. Harmful content would be considered items that do not comply with residing law enforcement, cause undue distress to persons represented in the content or shared without their consent.

· post, upload, or share any content containing hate speech, including (1) any content (including stereotypes and symbols) posted to Fansforest with the intent to vilify, humiliate, dehumanize, or incite hatred or fear against a group or individual based upon race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, caste, religion, sex, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, serious disease, or veteran status (“Protected Class(es)”), (2) statements of inferiority or calls for exclusion or segregation based on Protected Class, and (3) any deliberately false material that causes harm to a Protected Class; but excluding self-referential or empowering uses with no intent to vilify, humiliate, or incite hatred or fear against a group or individual based on these categories.

· post, upload, or share content that depicts, advertises, promotes, encourages, facilitates, or solicits (real, simulated, or implied) (a) sexual activity involving minors; (b) incest; (c) bestiality; (d) violence, kidnapping, rape, lack of consent, hypnosis, intoxication, sexual assault, torture, sadomasochistic abuse or hardcore bondage, weapons (unless obviously fake), asphyxiation, extreme fisting, or genital mutilation; (e) necrophilia; (f) blood, scatological, vomit, or excrement-related content; (g) age-play or suggestion of underage participants, (h) illegal prostitution or human trafficking, whether explicitly or by use of any slang, acronyms, or abbreviations; (i) “revenge porn” defined as any content containing any individual who has not consented to that content (1) being taken, captured, or otherwise memorialized, or (2) being posted, uploaded, or shared on Fansforest; (j) illegal or illicit drugs; (k) suicide or self-harm; (l) any other illegal behavior or behavior that may be considered obscene under applicable law.

· post, upload, or share content depicting any person under eighteen (18) years of age.

· post, upload, or share content depicting any person without inspecting and maintaining written documentation sufficient to confirm that all subjects of your submissions are in fact eighteen (18) years of age or older, including a written consent or release of each identifiable person in the submission to use their name or likeness and to enable inclusion and use of the submission in the manner contemplated by the platform (Fansforest).

· post, upload, or share content with the intent to extort money or other benefit from a third party in exchange for removal of the content.

· post, upload, or share any content that utilizes or promotes a sweepstake, lottery, or other regulated gaming or sales promotion tactic;

· post, upload, or share any employment ads or content which violates anti-discrimination laws.

· post, upload, share, or collect the telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, email addresses, URLs, geographic location, or any other personal information about users or third parties without their consent, or, except as expressly authorized in these Terms, use the materials on Fansforest for any commercial use.

· impersonate another individual or entity, whether actual or fictitious, without consent, falsely claim an affiliation with any individual or entity; access or attempt to access the accounts of others without permission; misrepresent the source, identity, or content of information transmitted on or through Fansforest; or perform any other similar fraudulent activity.

· send unsolicited sexual content to another user or otherwise engage in nonconsensual sexual objectification of another user.

· use emojis, GIFs, or other media to communicate any activity that violates these Terms.

· engage in antisocial, disruptive, or destructive behavior, including “bombing,” “flaming,” “spamming,” “flooding,” “trolling,” and “griefing” as those terms are commonly understood and used on the Internet, or engage in any other behavior that serves no purpose other than to harass, annoy, or offend users.

· engage in platform manipulation, including utilizing bots or other fraudulent means to artificially drive traffic to or inauthentically generate engagements with your account, or your content.

· circumvent, disable, damage, intentionally misuse, or otherwise interfere with the operations of the platform (Fansforest), any User’s enjoyment of Fansforest, or any security-related features that prevents, limits, or restricts the use or copying of any materials or that enforces limitations on the use of Fansforest, by any means, including posting, linking to, uploading, or otherwise disseminating viruses, adware, spyware, malware, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data, or other malicious codes, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, limit, or monitor the functionality of any computer software or hardware or any telecommunications equipment.

· reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the platform.

· access or use any automated process (such as a robot, spider, scraper, or similar) to access Fansforest in violation of our robot exclusion headers or to scrap all or a substantial part of Fansforest (other than in connection with bonafide search engine indexing or as we may otherwise expressly permit).

· modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Fansforest or any part thereof.

· commercially exploit or make available Fansforest to third parties including any action or attempt to “frame” or “mirror” Fansforest.

· take any action that imposes or may impose (in our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the platform technology, infrastructure or otherwise make excessive demands on it.

· attempt to do any of the acts described in this section or assist or permit any person in engaging in any of the acts described in this section.

Other Prohibited Use Violations:

Engaging in any Prohibited Use will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice, in our sole discretion. We reserve the right, but do not undertake the obligation, to forfeit payment of any revenue earned in by Users that violate these Terms, and to refund some or all such revenue to other Users who are affected by such violation. We may pursue any legal remedies or other appropriate actions against you if you engage in any of the above Prohibited Uses or any unauthorized use of Fansforest, including civil, criminal, or injunctive relief, and cancellation of your account. Any unauthorized use of Fansforest violates these Terms and certain international, foreign, and domestic laws.

Prohibited Uses for Creators:

All Creators must act in the best interests of the platform at all times, whether on Fansforest, on third-party websites, or offline. If you are a Creator and violate any of these Prohibited Uses for Creators or any other provision of these Terms, we may delete your account without payment and/or permanently ban you from Fansforest. If you are a Creator, you will not, without our express prior written authorization:

· deceive users regarding the nature of any paid content;

· attempt to defraud the Company or the platform Users (e.g., working together with a member or “hacker” to accept payment with stolen credit cards).

· fail to honor any lawful representation made to Fans in furtherance of selling your content.

· record or broadcast any content that may contain nudity, or sexual activity from any public place where members of the public are reasonably likely to be seeing, or visible in your content.

· release the personal information of any other User of Fansforest or third party without that person’s consent.

· solicit or accept payments for travel or in-person meetings for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity.

· harass, disparage, defame, or otherwise interfere with the platform or the platform users, nor misrepresent or make any false or misleading statements about the platform.

Marketplace Term of use:

In general, our Platform (Fansforest) may serve as a marketplace that allows you to sell, and or buy digital, and or physical products. Please note that if you sell or buy items on the platform, all transactions facilitated by us shall be treated as a contracts between you (buyer-fans) and the content/item owner (seller-creator), and same shall be view as a Standard Agreement between you and the content owner. Although we facilitate transactions and interactions between fans and content owner (creators) by providing the platform (Fansforest), storing content, and acting as a payment intermediary, we are not a party to the Standard Agreement between Fans and creators/sellers, and or any other contract between a fan and a creator. We are not responsible for any transactions or interactions between fans and content creator (seller). Content/product owner is solely responsible for determining (within the parameters for their items pricing on the platform) the pricing applicable to transactions and interactions and the content to which you may be given access or buy. Product listings, such as physical, and or digital product must not violate the platform terms, buying and or selling of the following is prohibited on Fansforest:

· Listings may not promote the buying or selling of alcohol.

· Listings may not promote the buying or selling of human body parts or fluids.

· Listings may not promote the buying or selling of devices that facilitate or encourage streaming digital content in an unauthorized manner or interfering with the functionality of electronic devices.

· Listings may not promote the buying or selling of real or fake documents, currency, financial instruments and virtual currency.

· Listings may not promote the buying, selling or facilitation of online gambling for money or money's worth, including digital currencies. Online gambling includes gaming, betting, lotteries, raffles, casino, fantasy sports, bingo, poker and sweepstakes in an online environment.

· Listings may not promote the buying or selling of hazardous materials and substances.

· Listings may not promote any form of human trafficking, prostitution, escort, or sexual services.

· Listings may not promote the buying or selling of ingestible supplements.

· Listings on commerce products may not promote job opportunities. This prohibition includes job opportunities that fully describe the associated product or business model, as well as job opportunities that are misleading, deceptive, fraudulent or have an unclear business model.

· Listings may not promote the buying or selling of animals or animal parts, or land in ecological conservation areas.

· Listings may not promote medical and healthcare products and services, including medical devices, or smoking cessation products containing nicotine.

· Listings may not contain misleading, violent, or hateful products and offers.

· Listings may not promote news, humor, or other content that does not offer any product for sale.

· Listings may not promote the buying or selling of drugs, drug paraphernalia, or prescription products.

· Listings may not promote the buying or selling of recalled products.

· Listings may not position products or services in a sexually suggestive manner.

· Listings may not promote the buying or selling of items that have been stolen.

· Listings may not contain content that infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyright or trademark. This includes, but not limited to, the promotion or sale of counterfeits, such as goods that copy the trademark (name or logo) and/or distinctive features of another company’s products to imitate a genuine product.

· Listings may not promote the buying or selling of tobacco products or tobacco paraphernalia.

· Listings may not promote the buying, selling, or use of weapons, ammunition, and explosives.

· The buying and selling of event tickets is restricted.

· The buying and selling of gift cards or vouchers is restricted.

User Contributions:

In General. The platform (Fansforest) may contain; personal profiles, messaging, live broadcasting, timelines, comment sections, and other interactive features (collectively, “Interactive Services”) that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit (collectively, “post”) content or materials (collectively, “User Contributions”) on or through the platform. You may only post User Contributions on or through the platform if you are a verified user. All User Contributions through the comment section must comply with the Content Standards set out on Fansforest. We will consider nonconfidential and non-proprietary any User Contribution you post to the website through the comment section.

Reporting Violative Content and Activities:

If you are aware of any content on Fansforest or any User engaging in activities that violate these Terms, please email us at (support ) with as much detail as possible, including a link or the location where we may find them, the username of the individual engaging in suspicious activities, the date and time of identification, the reason we should remove the objectionable content or investigate the activities, and a statement certifying the accuracy of the information you provided to us. If you are a Creator, you must report all violative content and suspicious activity to us. We may consider you complicit in any violative activity to which you were knowledgeable of suspicious activity but failed to report it.

Law Enforcement:

We will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities or orders from courts of competent jurisdiction, requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or location of any User in breach of these Terms, in accordance with our privacy policies, subpoena compliance policies, and applicable law or regulation. If your activity results in the platform (Fansforest) receiving a subpoena, discovery request, production order, or court order that causes the platform to incur expenses, court costs, or legal fees for compliance, you agree to reimburse us for any such expenses, costs or legal fees upon our request.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children. We do not control or endorse the content, messages or information found on the platform and, therefore, we specifically disclaim any liability about the service and any other actions resulting from your use and participation in the platform service. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained using the service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or equipment or loss of data that results from the download or use of any such material. No information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Fansforest, or through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms of use.

Limitation of Liability:

You expressly understand and agree that Fansforest, its directors, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, content providers, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary damages, or damages for loss of profits including but not limited to, damages for loss of goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if been advised of the possibility of such damages), whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the platform; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the platform; or (v) any other matter relating to the platform. You do not have the right to use the platform name (Fansforest), or any of the Fansforest trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments, ideas, or suggestions you may provide regarding Fansforest, or the Services is entirely voluntary and nonconfidential and Fansforest will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation or compensation, financial or otherwise, to you.

However, we reserve the right to delete, block, remove any content and/or delete or suspend your account at any time without prior notification to you if we feel you have breached the Terms in any manner. Fansforest respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same. Account Termination:

You do not need to specifically inform Fansforest when you stop using the platform. If you stop using the platform without deactivating your accounts, your account will remain active and you still be govern by the platform terms of use. We may suspend or terminate your account or cease providing you with all or part of our services at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of services, you create risk of possible legal exposure for us, or our provision of the platform to you is no longer commercially viable.
